Table Rate Program
Purpose: Effectively and efficiently rate your table games players, cash/chips in, cash/chips out or "walk", length of play, hands per hour, house advantage, table shift change and a number of other useful features. Provides automated assistance with pit wide close ratings and robust redundancy with auto fail-over to manual mode should the casino's computer network of servers malfunction. In manual mode rating slips will tracked and printing for data entry once the casino's computer network or server functionality is recovered.
Capabilities: Allows pit personnel to open, track and close table ratings. Accepts cash/chips in, average bet, cash/chips out. Calculates times played while factoring game type Hold Percentage, House Advantage, Game Speed, etc. Swipe players club card at a touchscreen terminal to instantly open player ratings. Fully automated with enhanced features to Bally's CMP player tracking system utilizing Bally's XML Universal Gateway Interface.
Uniqueness: Touch screen graphical layout. Database configurable. Directly interface to your customer rewards system for retrieving player information and automating rating entries. User defined alerts for updating or closing ratings as well as MTL notification. Helps track table games, craps and roulette. Emergency pit close function and fail-over to manual mode should the computer network experience problems.
